I found this better than other olive hotels. Excellent interiors, very good staff and clean rooms. Bed was also comfortable. Location is good and easy to find. Just one downside is the lack of warm lighting in the room, but kind of adjusted to it. 2

Staying at Olive BTM Layout by Embassy was an absolute nightmare. The biggest issue was the non-functional air conditioning in my room. I booked an executive room expecting a comfortable stay, but the AC didn’t work properly from the start. I complained at 10 PM, and the staff first tried to "fix" it by changing the modes and setting the temperature to 18 degrees. After 45 minutes, the room was still hot, and the AC barely blew any air. I called again at 1 AM, and the staff washed the AC filters, but nothing improved. With no fan in the room and the AC still not functioning, I couldn’t sleep. By 2:30 AM, in complete frustration, I had to order a table fan from Instamart just to survive the night. Only after seeing me walk in with a table fan at 3 AM did the staff finally offer me a different room, despite lying earlier that no rooms were available. The whole situation was unacceptable, and the level of dishonesty and poor service was shocking. In the morning, when I brought it up with the manager, he blatantly lied, claiming the AC was fine and tried to pin the issue on a “wrong mode” setting. The excuses were insulting and showed a total lack of accountability. Other issues with this hotel include: Tiny rooms: Even the executive room was cramped with no space to keep belongings. Unhygienic environment: Mould in corners, broken hangers in the bathroom, and despite calling for cleaning, no one ever came. Security concerns: At night, there is no staff except for one person managing the entire building. No security guard, no backup—just one person. Overall, this hotel is poorly maintained, offers terrible service, and is far from worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Never again!

Rooms are not up to the mark comparing with hotels with same price range. For early check up they are taking 50% of room rent extra.

Stay is good but breakfast better not to provide as no options available for the cost paid. Hope you will change this in my next visit.

Stay ambience was not tat great. Bed sheet was dirty and no hot water service. Kettle was stinking was not able to use it. Stains in towel. Overall disappointed.

Unfortunately, i faced several issues, including no hot water, a non-functional tv, no complimentary drinking water, an unclean washroom, and water leakage. The food prices were also excessively high, and the staff was unresponsive. I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the guest experience.

Thar stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and maintained. I stayed for 3 days and it was good experience. It is located in a good area. There are planty of restaurants at a walkable distance from the hotel.
